Refund policy

We want you to love your URBN-Cart purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging

- Proof of purchase required

- Final sale, intimate apparel, and personalized items are non-returnable

How to Initiate:

1. Email support@urbn-cart.com with your order number and reason

2. We respond within 1-2 business days with instructions

3. Ship the item to the address we provide

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Email support@urbn-cart.com within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
