Free Shipping: Orders over $80 ship free within the contiguous Us.

Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Lost or Stolen: Contact support@urbn-cart.com within 7 days if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package.

Address Changes: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.
